The 13.5 × 10.5mm heart sits neatly against the skin, with 0.15 CTW of diamonds creating an even line of sparkle around the open center. Finished in rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver, the necklace adjusts from 14 to 18 inches, allowing the heart to sit close to the collarbone or slightly lower when layered.
