There really isn't a catch here. The service is exactly as it sounds. Here's the details:

• Our samples are made from silver and cubic zirconia stones. Your actual ring will be made in your choice of gold, platinum, diamonds and gemstones once you decide to purchase the actual ring.
• All samples are premade in a stock size. If you decide to purchase the real ring, it will be custom made to fit your finger.
• A deposit of $200 is required for each sample which is fully refunded once you return the sample.
• Once you request a sample, we will ship it free to your address within 2 business days (based on sample availability).
• You are free to view the sample for up to 7 days. Once the date has expired or you contact us earlier, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
