Julianne Hough was looking glamorous and very in love with her fiancé, NHL player Brooks Laich, at the Emmys last month. The gorgeous couple was all over each other and looking extremely happy. Partially due to her first Emmy for Outstanding Choreography, but surely because of her soon to be hubby, the dancer was smiling ear to ear while she showed off that gorgeous engagement ring. Julianne rocked a red and gold Jenny Packham dress while her beau kept it classy with a tux and bow tie. Her ring complimented her sequenced dress beautifully.
The stunning ring boasts a substantial 5 plus carat sparkler, and was created for her by Brooks with Lorraine Schwartz. It apparently has the couples’ initials with a heart in diamonds on the back as well. The oval cut diamond was carefully picked by the Washington Capitals hockey player, to match Hough’s classic beauty and grace. The clean, elegant, and high quality diamond does just that with its impeccable shine.
Brooks posted an adorable selfie on Instagram of the two with the caption “Congratulations to my incredibly talented and beautiful fiancée @juleshough on winning her first Emmy for Outstanding Choreography! So proud of you, love you so much!”
The couple announced their engagement in mid August, about a year and a half after they started dating. One thing’s for sure, we can’t wait to see these two wed! They seem like the perfect pair.
